Refund policy
At Just Feels Right, all products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partners, Printful and Printify. This allows us to provide unique, high-quality designs made just for you.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selection
However, we understand that issues can arise. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a misprint, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
To request a resolution, email us at info.justfeelsright@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos and description clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or misprint)
Once your request is reviewed, we will work with our production partners to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-14 business days of approval. Please note that in some cases, it may take a little longer to process as we work to ensure the best outcome for you. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking details for replacements when applicable.
